Ordering
Checkmate Stationery sells books, notebooks and selected PDFs through this website. Confirm your selected format, notebook combination, quantities, contact details and delivery address before submitting. The server confirms the accepted order and final amount.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Checkout shows products, discounts, delivery and the total payable. COD and the enabled mobile wallets shown at checkout are supported payment methods. Online payments are pending until verified. A payment redirect or entered transaction reference alone does not confirm payment.
Digital access
Ebook purchases require an account. Ebook-only orders require online payment. Mixed COD orders unlock ebooks only after full collection is confirmed. Purchased PDFs provide lifetime account access, online reading and repeated watermarked downloads. Keep your account secure.
Physical and custom orders
Books are printed on demand. Notebook combinations have limited stock. Notebook customization requires an admin-approved specification and quote, customer acceptance and verified full advance payment. Accepted specifications and totals are not changed without agreement.
Cancellation and replacements
Cancellation requests need admin approval and must precede printing for books or Steadfast booking for notebooks. Confirmed custom orders cannot be cancelled. Wrong, damaged or defective physical products may qualify for replacement when reported within 7 calendar days of delivery. There are no change-of-mind physical returns. Refund amount, method and timing are arranged manually.
Support
Use website support for order questions and requests. AI answers use store information, and an admin handles questions requiring human judgment. Custom feasibility, price, refund approval and exceptions require admin decisions.
